Caerphilly County Borough Council - Lee Clapham - Emergency Housing Manager

Since the 1st April 2021, having successfully completed a tender application for the provision of security at some of their sites, Caerphilly County Borough Council’s Emergency Housing Team have been working with Rubicon and in that time have built an excellent working relationship. Rubicon provide and maintain a very high standard of security and their management team are always available to assist us in the delivery of the service.
