In 2020 Rubicon Facilities Management achieved the Investors in People accreditation! During the IIP audit, we were overwhelmed to obtain some fantastic results:
Out of 123 businesses in the similar industry, Rubicon Wales placed 1st
874 points were scored out of a total benchmark of 900, with the Investors in People average being 725
The positive sentiment indicator has seen us score from 92.5% to 100%
The negative sentiment indicator seen no negative responses expressed
95% of total staff responses were positive, whilst the remaining 5% were neutral responses
Automatically nominated for the Best Newcomer in the Investors in People 2020 Awards

The security team at the Depot in Cardiff, paying thanks to Kamal who lives by the saying “Always be the hardest worker in the room”. From his perfect timekeeping, admirable work-ethic, his pristine appearance to his customer service skills – Kamal really is a true example of a perfect employee!

Kevin has been on quite a journey with us over the last few years. Kevin decided to retrain into the security industry in early 2018, after being away from the industry for nearly 10 years! His character and life experience has seen him really excel with us in a relatively short space of time and he truly has earned his spot within the management team!
Afternoon tea on us!
Our Operations Director paid thanks to Zoe in February. Zoe has been part of the team for just over 4 years and she is loved by many! Not only is she a fantastic member of the team but she is also a brilliant mother who works so hard to provide for her daughter. Therefore, we decided to treat both of them to a voucher for Afternoon Tea!
Rubicon Facilities Management have a mandatory vetting process for prospective employees in accordance with the BS7858 government standard. Applicants must be able to provide a 5 year address history plus a 5 year work history and all the relevant ID documentation. Rubicon Wales will obtain references for every period of employment - gaps in employment history are vigorously pursued and periods of unemployment require formal declaration. Each prospective employee is required to complete a Rubicon Facilities Management application form.
